Product

FiltMon

We bring precision into industrial processes that have traditionally relied on indirect indicators, sampling or laboratory analysis to ensure fluid quality.

01

Continuous monitoring

Provides real-time insight into your fluid systems, identifying irregularities as they occur and maintaining a record of your fluid quality.

02

Better Filter Performance Insight

FiltMon can show how particle populations change after filtration, giving a clearer indication of filter loading, bypass, or breakthrough than turbidity alone.

03

Bubble-Aware Measurements

Because the system captures image-based information, it can help distinguish air bubbles from solid particles and reduce misleading particle alarms.

04

Sub-Micron Detection with Morphology Classification

FiltMon detects and characterises particles from sub-micron size to tens of micrometers, using holographic imaging and embedded computer vision to classify particles, bubbles, fibers, and other distinct objects.

05

Seamless integration

Installs directly into your existing loops, operates without consumables, and integrates via standard industrial communication protocols such as Modbus and OPC UA.

06

Robust and Affordable Architecture

By combining holographic imaging with direct particle-per-volume measurement, FiltMon reduces optical and flow-calibration complexity, enabling a compact, robust, and cost-effective monitor for multi-point industrial deployment.

Applications

Designed for industrial applications

We bring precision into industrial processes that have traditionally relied on indirect indicators, sampling or laboratory analysis to ensure fluid quality.

Membrane Filtration in Food & Dairy

Track particle, aggregate, and fouling-related changes in microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis processes.

Process Water Quality Monitoring

Provide real-time visibility into particle trends in industrial water systems used for production, rinsing, cooling, or ingredient preparation.

Datacenter Liquid Cooling Loops

Detect particles, corrosion debris, fibers, bubbles, and biological drift in critical water or glycol-water cooling circuits.

Cooling and Heat Transfer Fluid Monitoring

Monitor circulating fluids in chillers, heat exchangers, and process cooling loops to identify contamination, fouling, or degradation early.

CIP and Cleaning Verification

Track how particle levels return to baseline during cleaning and rinsing cycles to support faster, more confident cleaning decisions

Early Biofilm and Microbiological Drift Detection

Detect changes in small-particle populations that may indicate biological growth, biofilm shedding, or contamination risk requiring follow-up testing.

Bubble and Air Ingress Detection

Identify and trend air bubbles separately from particles to help diagnose pump, valve, sealing, or process flow problems.

Fiber and Debris Contamination Monitoring

Detect microfibers, gasket fragments, plastic particles, membrane debris, and other morphology-specific contamination events.

Pharma and Biotech Utility Monitoring

Support real-time process understanding in purified water, buffer preparation, media systems, and other non-compendial monitoring points.

Commissioning and Flushing Verification

Use continuous particle and morphology trends to optimize filter replacement, reduce unplanned downtime, and protect critical equipment.

About us

Innovating for critical processes

With decades of experience in industrial online monitoring, we saw a recurring problem: filtration processes are often operated almost blind. Operators may know pressure, flow, and scheduled filter changes, but they rarely have real-time visibility into what particles enter the filter, what passes through, or how the process is changing between samples. By the time contamination, breakthrough, fouling, or cleaning failure is detected, product quality, equipment reliability, or uptime may already be at risk. FiltMon was created to bring continuous particle-level visibility to critical liquid processes — simply, affordably, and in real time.
